Good pre-owned condition.   No cracks, chips or repairs.  Has some crackling on the bottom.  (hard to see but is in last pic)  The Writing on the bottom is also hard to see and is worn.  You can still the the HULL sign though.  Free of major flaws, but may have a little minor general wear and/or a few small imperfections. Please see pictures and zoom in for the great detail and measurements.
I do my best to describe any major flaws or defects.  Due to items being used and/or vintage, please remember that small signs of usage, scuffs, age. marks and wear could be possible unless the item is described as MINT.  Some items may need polished, dusted or cleaned.
